  I see a lot of negative comments on here, and I would like to shoot some things out there for everyone to read! I've eaten at Pita Pit more than a handful of times and I've enjoyed every experience I've had! The prices are great for the amount of food you're getting, a small is perfect for me, but the large (only 8$) is a hefty amount of food. They are knowledgeable when it comes to allergies, and their menu even lists what's dairy free and what's not!
  Today I ordered a pickup order from them and it was ready in half the time! Still warm and delicious.
  I'd recommend trying the falafel with extra secret sauce(it's a thinned out peppercini sauce), it's fantastic! They use a flattop to cook everything and offer up grilled veggies! Good for just about everyone, maybe not large groups due to the space available, but are awesome for late nights!
  
  To all the people not satisfied, I feel that the quality of food in regards to price is great, and the location (which is very accessible for people on foot) is a challenging one for the workers, due to the population of people they have coming in and out of there, especially at night, we should cut them a bit of slack.

  I've eaten at Pita Pit a handful of times, and to be honest, my best experience was when I grub hub'd it to my home. not kidding. But this evening, this evening solidified the fact that I will never order from them again. This review is based strictly on the service I had, and the things that, being from the insides of the food industry, I saw happen.
  Firstly, when the gentleman behind the counter asked me what I wanted and whether I wanted it customized he spoke over me and told me he would ask which veggies I wanted while he was making it, instead of at the register like they have always done in the past. at this point, two more people walked in behind my friend and I, and a second female employee walked out clearly upset at the sudden rush. she slapped chicken on the grill and threw onions on my order, because the man at the counter didn't take down that I didn't want onions. She announces that she didn't get a full lunch, those she was going to make these and take a 20, this is probably why she was peeved to begin with because it was clear that 4 people were too many to handle. When she finally asked which veggies I wanted, I told her I don't want onions, to which she turns around and throws the chicken off the grill, threw more on without onions, and left the remainder of the onions on the grill to get mixed in with my chicken anyway. I also asked for a gluten free wrap, no one asked me if I was a celiac (thankfully I'm not), and she slapped that all over the same counter with the regular pitas. She cross contaminated ingredients when my wrap fell apart because she didn't heat it up first so I lost a third of what was supposed to be in my wrap, and the wrappers from the chicken didn't make it into the trash, rather next to the cooking oil buckets next to the grill. can someone say fire hazard? how about lawsuit? overall, she gave the place a very hostile feel, and royally f'd my order. All the while, her male counterpart is over here asking my friend 3x over what veggies she wanted, because again, HE DIDNT WRITE THEM DOWN. 0/10 I don't reccomend. experience: 0 food: 0 cleanliness: 0
  
  p.s. I did post this on google as well, and the ONLY reason there is a star is because googles requires one to post the review, same for yelp.

  I love Pita Pit but don't live near one anymore so I was excited to grab it while in town. 1 person was in line and I was able to order pretty quickly. I was then surprised to discover that the people sitting at tables were all waiting for their food and there were pickup orders, none of which had been made yet. So I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for 2 pitas to be made. While waiting, it seemed there were 3 people working and 2 were new. The third girl was having to tell them how to prep veggies, how to use the cash register, etc so everything took a long time since she was having to train both of them on everything. I don't know if turnover is that bad here or that was just terrible scheduling on someone's part, but that poor girl had a rough day.

  Just wanted to say thank you to whoever was the pita artiste extraordinaire tonight. Their skills were on point and all four of us enjoyed our pitas to the fullest extent!
  Definitely feel like I  got my money's worth :)

  I'm pretty sure that the one and two star reviews are just coming from really unhappy people that need to take it out on others. I've been here multiple times and never had a bad experience. MAYBE IT'S JUST ME, but they've always managed to get me my food without any bitching from either end.
